Authentication Failed When Saving Large Concurrent Output Files with Firefox (Doc ID 2123269.1)

Symptoms

While viewing and saving a very large (31 MB) concurrent request output file with the Firefox browser, by clicking on the browser option "File: Save As", it creates an empty file with "Authentication failed."

The same request output file can be saved successfully with the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser.
