The AP Invoice Approval workflow (APINVAPR) is failing with the following error when it reaches the 'Escalate Document Approval' stage:
Error Message ORA-01403: no data found ORA-01403: no data found
APINVAPR.get_header_approver (APINVAPR, 3611213_1, 542854, RUN)
Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(AP_WORKFLOW_PKG.escalate_doc_approval, APINVAPR, 3611213_1, 542854, RUN)
This is occuring for contigent workers of same business groups.
