When attempting to validate application accounting definition with custom source attached to an Account derivation rule
the following error occurs.
XLA-95603: The validation process has encountered error. Please review the following message and correct the set up accordingly, then revalidate the application accounting definition. If the problem still persists, please inform your system administrator or support representative that: Validate Application Accounting Definitions process has encountered an internal error in xla_cmp_source_pkg.GenerateGetMeaningFct. Additional information: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small. fnd.plsql.APP_EXCEPTION.RAISE_EXCEPTION.dict_auto_log
