Knowledge Center custom reports cannot be loaded in UPK 22.214.171.124. (Database version: 126.96.36.199)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a custom report in KCenter.
2. The header will appear after 30 minutes.
3. Notice that just the header (without records) are displayed.
