R12/CE: After Doing Some Personalization, Cannot Open Bank Account Page Anymore (Doc ID 2123574.1)

After doing some personalization in Cash Management for Brazil, cannot open bank account page anymore, as it errors:
Message not found. Application: FND, Message Name: FND_VIEWOBJECT_NOT_FOUND. Tokens: VONAME = BranchInfoPLSQLVO; APPLICATION_MODULE = oracle.apps.ce.bankaccount.server.BankAccountAM;

If User disable the personalization profiles, then the bank account page loads. That's why User is sure it is something related to the personalization.

After the above fixed: R12:CE: View Bank Details Page Error "You have encountered an unexpected error" "FND_VIEWOBJECT_NOT_FOUND. Tokens: VONAME = HzPuiAddressTableVO" (Doc ID 2043522.1)

now the bank account page doesn't open anymore and User cannot even get to the page to undo personalization?

How to undo personalization?
