Symptoms
The following applies only to Shipments which contain 10 or more stops:
When running Show Driving Directions action from the Shipment Manager a pop-up window displays the map with shipment route, but the step-by-step directions are not displayed on the bottom half of the screen.
If the shipment is selected for viewing, the following error is displayed:
