Prospective Supplier Registration Approval Error - Cannot Find the Supplier That Has Been Approved

On : 12.1.2 version, Supplier Registration Issues

When attempting to approve a prospective supplier, the following error occurs.

Cannot find the supplier that has been approved

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchasing Super User Responsibility -> Supply Base -> Suppliers - >Supplier Home page
2. Choose Prospective Supplier Registrations
3. Click on review for a prospective supplier
4. Click 'Approve'
