Can Credit Check At Pick Release Be Done Based On Quantity On Hand? (Doc ID 2123973.1)

Last updated on MARCH 08, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Order Management - Version 12.2.4 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Find that Oracle will consider the order booked quantity if we enabled the credit check on picking; for instance if the credit limit is 100 and the order quantity value is 200 (20*10) and the on-hand quantity is 4 (inventory on-hand value is 4*10) then the system will put this order on hold.

Asking for the credit check to be done on the on-hand quantity and not on the booked order quantity.

Can this be achieved?
