Find that SOLD_TO_PHONE_ID column on OE_ORDER_HEADERS_ALL is not imported by Order Import Program.
When populating column SOLD_TO_PHONE_ID in OE_HEADERS_IFACE_ALL and running Order Import,
order imports successfully but the SOLD_TO_PHONE_ID is not getting populated in OE_ORDER_HEADERS_ALL table.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load the Order Import interface tables including value in column SOLD_TO_PHONE_ID in OE_HEADERS_IFACE_ALL table.
2. Log Into Order Management Responsibility.
3. Run Order Import program.
4. Check data for the order in SOLD_TO_PHONE_ID in OE_ORDER_HEADERS_ALL table
