In Find Tasks form, it is possible to drag columns but it is not possible to save the format.
(R) CRM Administrator
(N) Tasks > Tasks
- Find Tasks form
- Search for any open Tasks. The grid is populated with the results.
(N) Create Service Requests > Tasks tab
- Find a Service Request
- Navigate to the Tasks tab
You can drag the column by clicking on the dot/bump
However, if you leave the form and requery the column is back where it started from.
