Symptoms
A specific change order is not implemented but revisions are effective in item revision and bill.
The change order (ECO) is in 'In Progress' status.
It has many revised items in scheduled status yet and null implementation dates.
The item revisions and bill, however, show effective from the implementation dates specified in ECO.
The implementation log file had an error:
* Note: See return status Success (S) but then a unique constraint error.
Expected Behavior
Expect incomplete change not to show implemented.
Steps
1. Implement change order (ECO).
2. The change order failed in error.
3. Changes were actually made.
