UN Number Is Not Correctly Identified During Requisition (Doc ID 2124226.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
UN number 156900 is used across 2 different hazard classes.

UN_NUMBER_ID HAZARD_CLASS_ID UN_NUMBER DESCRIPTION
25 81 156900 NMFC for Freight Class 55
37 83 156900 NMFC for Freight Class 60



The item id 8408 on a requisition has only one of the above combinations assigned to it.

When user creates a requisition for the item, user gets the pop up to select the UN number out of the 2 entries 156900.


Expected Behavior
When the UN number is defaulted the UN_number_id 25 should be selected as this is what is on the item.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Find item that has a UN Number that is not unique in the po_un_numbers table, but which has an unique UN_NUMBER_ID assigned in the MTL_SYTEM_ITEMS.
  2. Create requisition for that item, the pop up appears upon saving.
