On : 12.1.3 version, Invoice Issues & MassAdd

When attempting to submit recurring invoice
the following error occurs.

FRM-40657: Record changed or deleted by another user.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in AP
2. Navigate to save recurring invoice

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit recurring invoice for the new recurring calendar successfully
