Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version,

Microsoft Project Integration Installation ending with error.

ERROR

Exception Name: oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneFatalException - Viewer only available for Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Log File Bookmark: 963968.
We are using IE version 11.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
