Symptoms

When trying to use any of the Tax Manager Web pages the following error occurs:

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log to the Application
2. Choose Tax Manager Responsibility
3. Get the Error page with no more info
