Error 'APP-BEN-91902' When Processing a Life Event (Doc ID 2125038.1)

When attempting to process life event, the following error occurs:


APP-BEN-91902: You may not change your enrollment at this time for the plan [Plan:Option Name]. You are required to stay enrolled until the date [DD-MM-YYYY]

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center.
3. Query affected employee.
4. Select Process Life Events from the Desktop Activities drop down menu.
Error occurs.
