How to test Record History functionality to verify that it's working

Per the Oracle Application Framework (OAF) Release Notes
Record History is a feature that allows a user to see data about a particular record, such as who created the record and when, and who most recently updated the record and when. Record History is now available for Oracle Application Framework based pages
The Record History feature allows the users to look at the standard Who column values of the displayed row of data. This feature is available only for Header, classic Table and Advanced Table components.

Since Record History is not enabled for all Framework pages, below is a simple test to determine if the Record History functionality is working on your instance.
