In the Case Worker Responsibility -> Case management ->Agent Dashboard,
Under the 'Task and Related Information' tab in Update Case page, only the "Related Service Requirement" section is available but "Related Object" section is not available.
But in the Customer Support Specialist Responsibility -> Agent Dashboard ->update service request page is having both the 'Related Service Requests' and the 'Related Objects' information under the 'Problem and Diagnosis' tab.
How to enable the "Related Object" section for the case in the Case Worker?
