Rescheduling steps for OSP

We have tested rescheduling an OSP step that has an existing purchase order. We notice that it does not update the need-by date on the PO. Is this expected behavior? It updates the qty if you scale the batch, but it does not update the dates.

Reproduce:
Create Batch with OSP step
run req. import to import OSP req.
run auto create to create po
scale batch and reschedule steps
review need by date on PO
