Symptoms

When de-registering EBS 12.2.0.4 From OIM/AccessGate the following error is received:

 

 *******FATAL ERROR*******
PROGRAM : /<DIR>/txkSetOAMReg.pl(/<DIR>/txkrun.pl)
TIME : Tue Apr 5 10:30:26 2016
FUNCTION: (eval) [ Level 1 ]
ERRORMSG: Failed while deleting OAM Agent.
For details of the error, please check the log file at /<DIR>/oamregAgentDelete_Tue_Apr_5_10_29_33_2016.log
