Symptoms

You have created a customer agent which raised an internal event SHIPMENT STATUS - ENROUTE:

Steps to replicate:

1. Create a custom agent with agent event: SHIPMENT - MODIFIED
2. Configure the agent to trigger internal event SHIPMENT STATUS - ENROUTE
3. Modify the shipment.
4. Note in the logs this Exception
