Hyperlinks/URLs Not Working In Email Document Editor (Doc ID 2125976.1)

While creating a new template in Email Center by using ‘Rich Text Format’, the hyperlink button is not working when adding text with URL.

Steps
(R) Email Center Administrator
(N) Email Center Administration > Knowledge Base > Documents > Editor
Add a url www.example.com
