Auto-Generated Fulfillment Sets On Copied Return Order Lines (Doc ID 2125992.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

When copying a standard order to create a return order, the fulfillment sets are being copied over and an additional auto-generated fulfillment set is being added to each line. If the order is copied to be another standard order, the original fulfillment sets copy properly. However, if the order type is changed to a return type, or the order line type is changed to a return line type, then the problem occurs. This has been happening since the upgrade to 12.1.3.

During the copy, the 'fulfillment set' check box is unchecked when the order is being copied yet the fulfillment sets are still getting copied and a new auto-generated fulfillment set is getting applied to the new order. Only the lines with PTO models/kits exhibit this issue. If the order with PTO lines is copied to the same order type (not a return), it works as expected also.

Expect that the Fulfillment Set will not be copied for any line when the "fulfillment sets" option is not chosen during the copy to a Return order type..

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Order Management responsibility
2. Go to Order Organizer
3. Query for order to be copied
4. Navigate to Open --> Actions, Copy
In copy ensure that the "fulfillment sets" option is not chosen
5. Complete the Copy and review the new order
6. It has 2 fulfillment sets
