Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
There are rows stuck in the WIP_JOB_SCHEDULE_INTERFACE table in pending status
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Rows to process.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility = Work In Process (WIP)
2. Navigation = Pending Jobs and Schedules
3. Find 498 rows
