Symptoms

SLA Secondary/ALC Ledger Historic Upgrade program cannot use secondary ledger which uses different Application Accounting Definition from primary ledger.

The log file shows error below.

validation failed: primary and secondary ledger have different AAD or budgetary control
validation failed: AADs or COAs not retrieved
