On : 12.1.3 version, AGIS General Ledger
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR 
---------------
User unable to create customer association in AGIS after deleting the existing association 
Users have followed this Note 1639537.1 and Patch 21562032 is already applied 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Able to create association.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Intercompany Super user 
2. Navigate to Setup-Invoicing-Customer Supplier Association 
3. Delete Existing Association
