Symptoms

When attempting to run the Aging - 7 Buckets - By Account - Multi-Fund Accounts Receivable, the following error occurs in the logfile.

ORACLE error 1476 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero
ORA-06512: at "APPS.AR_AGING_BUCKETS_PKG", line 2908
ORA-06512: at "APPS.AR_AGING_BUCKETS_PKG", line 3428
ORA-06512: at "APPS.AR_AGING_BUCKETS_PKG", line 3154

Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation:

Control>Request>Run
LOV: Aging - 7 Buckets - By Account - Multi-Fund Accounts Receivable
error returns in the logfile
