"The selected action is not available" when Viewing Assignment Balance in "Employee View Balance Search" Page (Doc ID 2126435.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Clicking Action button of the assignment in "Employee View Balance Search" page, following HR_INVALID_ACTION_ON_PERSON error occurs.

The selected action is not available. The cause may be related to security. Contact your system administrator to verify your permission level for this action.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Open "Employee View Balance Search: People" page.
     Responsibility: Payroll Professional
     (N) Employee View Balance Search
  2.  Search for the assignment.
  3.  Click on the "Action" button of the assignment.
  4.  Error occurs.
