Customer Interface Updates Customer Account Status but not Party Status

Symptoms

After running the Customer Interface and updating the STATUS field, the field HZ_CUST_ACCOUNTS.STATUS is updated successfully, but not HZ_PARTIES.STATUS.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation
:  Interfaces > Customers

  1. Run Customer Interface
