Unable to Assign Resource To A Task While Scheduling Getting the error 'Cannot assign resource to this task ' (Doc ID 2126484.1)

Getting the error 'Cannot assign resource to this task '

When trying to schedule a task and assign a resource to the task on Service Request form, getting the error message as follows:
'Cannot assign resource ABC  to this task because the resource is not available during the scheduled time for the task

Please change the scheduled start date and the scheduled end date or select a different resource and try again."

On a service request form, properly set up resource must be able to assign to task.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a service request
2. Set task to assigned, status to accepted
3. Assign a supplier contact resource (who does not have a calendar assigned)
Try to update the scheduled time
