Symptoms
Installed BI Publisher on Windows 2007 computer that is running Microsoft Word 2013.
When selecting the BI Publisher tab from within Word, all the icon names starting with menu2007 (such as menu2007. log on, menu2007.open_template), do not function when clicking on them.
