Is It Possible to Import Item With CREATED_BY/LAST_UPDATED_BY Having the User of OIF? (Doc ID 2126595.1)

Goal

Set the specific user to CREATED_BY/LAST_UPDATED_BY in MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_INTERFACE and run Item Import(INCOIN).
However CREATED_BY/LAST_UPDATED_BY of imported item (MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B) is the user who ran Item Import instead of the user of OIF.

Is it possible to import item with CREATED_BY/LAST_UPDATED_BY having the user of OIF?
