MFS Laptop: Task Dates are Blank in MFS After Applying Patch 22757089

Task dates (scheduled dates and planned dates) are blank in MFS - laptop (olite).

Task dates (scheduled dates and planned dates) should sync successfully.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to MFS
2. Select a SR and click on the Problem Code: The lov is displayed with the problem codes, however, need to display the Problem Code Descriptions.
