ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

XML files are not getting generated if an existing PO is cancelled

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
XML file can be generated as expected while cancelling PO and select XML option.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cancel PO by selecting XML option
