Symptoms

Issue
Multiple Reservations Created From Debrief And Parts Requirement.

Steps
a) Create a Service Request and Task.
b) Make sure that the Source Subinventory and the Destination subinventory has onhand quantity available.
c) Now, try to create a part requirement and save. Add a source and create a reservation.
d) Receive the reservation using the inbound orders successfully.
e) Now, for the same task click the Debrief to open the Debrief html and in the material tab, click the 'Assigned Parts' button, this will list the part
that was received.
f) Save the debrief line and post the debrief successfully. Until here this is fine.
g) Create another Part requirement and add the source to create a reservation.
h) Receive the reservation using the inbound orders successfully.
i) Open the Task and click the Debrief to open the Debrief html, and in the material tab, click the 'Assigned Parts' button to list the new received part.
k) Save the debrief.
l) Find that there are two reservation lines available in the mtl_reservations table. This is incorrect, there should be only one reservation
m) Now try to post the debrief and both the reservation lines are removed.
