Symptoms

Exchange Rate used in Transactions form,  Exchange Rate window includes 36 decimal places
and does not match the rate set  in General Ledger.

Example:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Setup>Financials>Accounting>Currencies>Rates>Daily
Conversion Type: Corporate
USD to GBP Rate for 13th August 2015  0.6499127817
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions
Find foreign invoice.
Tools>Exchange Rate
Exchange Rate window shows:
Rate Date 13-AUG-2015
Rate Type Corporate
Rate  0.649912781704695... (36 decimals)
