Symptoms
Following <Note 1524398.1> to upgrade the database version in step "Implement and run AutoConfig" directs to <Note 387859.1> step 3.2 while creating the database context file it shows the error in adbldxml_<TIMESTAMP>.log:
UnsatisfiedLinkError exception loading native library: njni12
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: njni12 (Not found in java.library.path)
