Iprocurement Edit Page Freezes On clicking X Button And Check Funds (Doc ID 2127391.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Requisition Creation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Iprocurement Edit Page Freezes on Edit Requisitions Page and X button followed by Check Funds

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Iprocurement Edit Page should not freeze

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Add item to cart
2. Click Edit
3. Click Pencil to update
4. Click 'X' instead of Apply or Cancel
5. Now click Check Funds
6. Pop up window enlarges and there is no way to go back to original screen.
Only way is to click browser back button 4-5 times.
7. If click 'Cancel' or 'Apply' instead of 'X' on step 4 its working fine.
