AP Invoice Approval Notifications - Not Able to View Accounts On Invoice Action Item Tab

In 12.1.3, Invoice approval issue
When an invoice approval is done from the mobile application, the accounting combination is visible but when try to approve the invoice, the account is no longer visible.
This issue occurs after applying the following patches for Mobile Applications:
