On : 12.1 HRMS RUP8 version, US Payroll Tax Issues

A Puerto Rico employee who is currently the age of 26 years old and will turn 27 years old in 2016 they are NOT accumulating wages, but should be as they are no longer 26

An employee turning 27 should accumulate Puerto Rico (PR) wages

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Employee's age is currently 26
2. will be 27 years old in 2016
3. Puerto Rico wages are not accumulating

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot properly accumulate wages for employees who are 26 years old, but will be 27 years old in 2016
