On : 12.2.4 version, Outside Processing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
We have created one OSP batch in OPM but while running requisition import it fails to generate PR against this OSP Batch. This issue is in  one OPM enabled Organization (TCF). and its working fine previoulsy.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Not to get the error- Requisition Import fails to create

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Requisition import .
