When Rescheduling from Parent Batch, Phantom Batch Planned Start Date Does Not Change (Doc ID 2128097.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Batches

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When rescheduling both Planned Start and Planned Completion Dates on a parent batch, the Planned Start Date on phantom batches are not updated, although the Planned Completion Date is updated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect both dates to be updated on the phantom as well as the parent.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a parent and phantom batch.
2. Reschedule the parent batch.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, planned start date on phantom batches are wrong.
