ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Poor Performance In The "Exceptions" Tab Of The Warehouse Control Board

After resolving an error on the Warehouse Control Board (WCB) by applying patch 12812580:R12.WMS.B, the performance on the Exceptions Tab was taking more than 3 minutes to retrieve information.

The trace of the process showed the following:

SELECT TASK_ID COL1, TRANSACTION_ID COL2, REASON_NAME COL3, REASON_DESCRIPTION COL4, EXCEPTION_TIME COL5, FULL_NAME COL6, SUBINVENTORY_CODE COL7, LOCATOR COL8, ITEM COL9, MOVE_ORDER_NUMBER COL10, MOVE_ORDER_LINE_NUMBER COL11 FROM WMS_WAVEPLAN_TASK_EXCEPTIONS_V WHERE person_id = nvl(:employee_id, person_id)
