Null Payment Error When Try To Pay With Inactive Credit Card

On : 12.1.3 version, Payment Components

When attempting to make a payment, if the credit card is inactive,
the following error occurs.


nullThe payment process failed. Please try to pay the invoice at a later time.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Some credit cards have become inactive.
2. Making a credit card payment gives the error for the inactive credit cards.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot make credit card payments.
