Possible to Add a Resource not Applicable for the Department Without Validation on WIPOPMDF Form (Doc ID 2128432.1)

Actual Behavior
When adding an operation to a discrete jobs on the operations Form, the resources which do not belong to the adding operation code can be added without validation.

Expected Behavior
When adding a operation to a discrete jobs on the operations Form, invalid combination of operation code and resources cannot be added.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On Operations form, enter some job number and click on Find button.
   WIP > Job/Schedule Details > Operations
2. Move cursor onto new line and set a new operation code.
3. Click on the Resources button, and in Resource Requirements form add a resource and close the window.
4. Change the operation code from original one to new one which does not have resources.
5. Save the changes.
