Symptoms
On : 11.5.10 version, Inventory Inquiries
When attempting to perform Transact move order for some of the lines
the following error occurs.

This Allocation has been already submitted for processing and cannot be resubmitted.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Transact move order .
