India - Check Delivery OM/INV Interface Going Into Error (Doc ID 2128982.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, India OM Localizations

When attempting to run India LOC - Check Delivery OM/INV Interface,
the following error occurs.

ORA-20001: JAI_EXCEPTION_OCCURED (JAI_PROCESS_MSG=jai_om_rg_pkg.ja_in_register_txn_entry.Err:ORA-20120: Bonded Amount -> 0cannot be less than the transaction_amount -> 0)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Issue is replicating for all order which are assigned to a particular bond register.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot interface the order and complete the SIT tests.
