Worker Fails with ORA-01012: not logged on When Applying Patch (Doc ID 2129289.1)

Problem Statement:

When applying patch, worker job fails with the following error.

Concurrent program returned no reason for failure.
Program exited with error.
ORACLE error 1012 in FDPCLS

Cause: FDPCLS failed due to ORA-01012: not logged on.

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: and was executed from the file .

AD Worker error:
The above program failed with error code 1.
See the AD Worker log file and/or the program log file for details.



Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Apply patch.
  2.  Worker fails.
