Symptoms
When settling an AR Claim using the iReceivables Credit memo method against invoice, it fails with the following error message:
An error has occurred during Approval of Claim "DED10695".
Note: This is happening for cases where the original invoice has a $0 line amount.
Note: Creation of Credit Memo fails during dispute clearing and approval where the dispute was approved through iReceivables
Other errors:
- The Revenue account assignments do not equal the line amount for line 1.
- Failure encountered in AR_CREDIT_MEMO_API_PUB.Create_request call to arw_cmreq_cover.ar_request_cm
- An error occurred when calling AR credit memo workflow API to create credit memo.
