Collections Metrics Being Erased or Overwritten with Data from Other Operating Units (Doc ID 2129556.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Advanced Collections - Version 12.2.4 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When viewing IEX Metrics in the profile tab, the data is changing depending on when/how the 'IEX: Refresh Metric Summary Table' concurrent program is being run.  For example, if it is run for 'Operating Unit A', the values for customers in 'Operating Unit A' are correct.  If the program is then run for 'Operating Unit B', the metrics values for 'Operating Unit A' are deleted, or show values for 'Operating Unit B'

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
: Collections > Profile Tab

  1. Set the profile option IEX: Metric Calculation Method = BATCH
  2. Run the IEX: Refresh Metric Summary Table for various Operating Units
  3. Review the metrics for certain customers.  The values only show per the last Operating Unit the program was run for.
